If you look at the reservoir one is for break fluid the other is power steering fluid it will say it on the cap or on the side of the reservoir under the hood.

Well i hope you found the answer by now. It is a trick question for Saturn owners - because it does not have a power steering pump which takes fluid. It has an electric assist motor that is under the dash connected to the steering column. This motor has a current recall - because when driving it can stop working at any time. If that happens it will revert to manual steering (hard to turn wheel). If you pull over and shut the car off and then restart the car it will reset itself - but it can/will happen again. You can get it replaced under the recall.

What if its been already fixed under the recall and is happening again?,are the still responsible to fix it? And does my Saturn ion 2005 have a power steering reservoir to put fluid in?

No they will not fix in again. Once it's fixed by a certified gmc dealership. They close the case by the care vin number.......
