Brakes 2005 Subaru Forester

Going about 10 to 15 miles an hour brakes lock up
on their own. Even after changing rotors calipers
brakes they still lock up going down the road

Maybe you have a blockage in a brake line? Try to bleed system to flush out detritus. Nonetheless this is a VERY rare problem.
