rear rotars and pads

had some problems with rear breaks before, replaced rotars and pads and fluids ,but rotars and pads are badly  worn and scored, only coverd about 2000 miles , pedal is hitting the floor again have to pump pedal to stop most of the time any help would be great . legacy gx 2.5 awd estate late model 99 .

sounds like you got sticky calipers. when the caliper sticks it can destroy a set of new brakes real quick. If they get hot enough it can boil the brake fluid in the calipers, this would cause air bubbles and then a spongy pedal.
