This TSB is for a defective intake manifold that starts making noise. as the warranty only covers you for 3 - 7 years you are going to have to fix this yourself -- (your expense) If this is just a question of what it is because you have paperwork saying it has been done on your car, it just means the intake manifold was replaced with a better designed/built one.
