2.3L(except turbo, no air). How viscous should the oil I use be when I change the differential oil?

Hello t_man123-- Consensus of those I talked with about differential oil for your 1988 Ford Mustang is that a 75W90 oil is what you should use. Most of my sources recommend addition of a friction modifier. These same sources were undecided about whether you are better off using the Ford product or a less expensive brand.
