Dipped head lights not working

Hi guys so I ha e a focus on an 07 plate so one day
I notice my dipped head lights would not come on
either side of the car ,iv bought new hid kit checked
all fuses and even bought a new switch but still
nothing is there anything else I can do?is this a
common fault?any help would be much
appreciated.

Have you checked the relays ? There is a relay in the Central Junction Box under the glove box. There is a relay for the dips and one for the brights
I haven't checked this as I dint know about this is there any chance you could send me a picture as to what iam looking for please?really appreciate your help.thanks

The 2007 Focus is very similar to the 2007 (Focus C307) Central fuse box The Central fuse box is located behind the glove compartment in the instrument panel. To gain access to the fuse box: • Remove the screws in the instrument panel trim underneath the glove compartment and let the trim panel drop down. • Loosen the Quick Fix screws on the fuse box. • Let the fuse box down and pull it towards you. • Hang the fuse box in the front fixture of the bracket. • The fuse chart label will help you identify the fuses.
Is this the American based Focus or the European Focus ?
