I have a Honda accord 2.2 ictdi. What is the best way to increase horsepower? Vtech? Please help me understand

adjust the breathing. Once you have allowed more air to flow in and exhaust gasses to escape properly you should remap the ecu and possibly your fuel delivery to maximize the capabililty. APEXi vtec controllers have always been reliable.

Will K&N air intake work with this type of engine? I have seen how to make it work with v tech but this construction is diffetent

I would recommend a Cold air Intake if anything. If u wanna go bigger then maybe headers or a pulley, maybe an ecu chip. If u wanna go even bigger, u could turbo it, maybe get a little T3. With all those mods you could bring that motor from 140 whp to 200+whp
