left turn signal is fast

Signal lights work but left signal is very fast. It is not a bulb nor is it the flasher.

From every thing that I know, understand and have been told it had to be one out your bulbs. Check them all high and low, turn signals hope this help

Our CRV was doing the same thing, when we refilled the wiper fluid, it switched back to normal speed again.
