Studs are pressed in hubs and should be removable. I never worked on Honda but I would heat up the stud and beat them out. They're tough and some shops may take the hub off the vehicle and use a hydraulic press to push it out. Then line up the splines and tap the new stud in....drawing it down with the lug nut and a stack of washers. Could be a tough job without a press.
