You must check the Parking Break Cylinders. They must have been stuffed up so Rear Break Pads are pressed. Remove/dismantle the Small Cylinders placed inside the Rear Break Cylinders and clean them. Priyantha Panduke Abeynayake.

My advice is for Jaguar S Type cars. Not for Chevrolet Models.
