Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Has anyone else had head bolt problems with a 2002 4 cylinder camry? Does anyone know if this is an issue and if so where can I find info? Also had fuel injector, brakes, power window, moon roof, and various other issues with this car. Anyone with any help would be appreciated!

Check out www.carsurvey.org for other owner's stories. I have not heard of head bolt issues but then I have not heard of too many head/head gasket issues on their 4-cylinder engines, either.

The problem is common and can be repaired with a TIME-SERT thread repair kit p/n 2200 http://www.timesert.com/html/toyota.html
