Should be a tensioner pulley you can move to release the old belt. In some cases it is easier to access the belt from inside the fender well by removing a plastic panel behind the front wheel. You will have to see what clearance you have to decide whether to do this or not.
how do you change a "drive belt" on a toyota camry 2002? Can this be done by the weekend mechanic?
