Fixing radio

My radio/cassette player in my 2000
toyota corolla liftback isn't picking up
stations but cassette is working. Can I
replace it without messing up things with  
the digital display  (radio,temp and time)
any advice appreciated!!

Thanks..I was thinking the antenna too but I'll have to go to a lot of bother in taking the headliner down to check it in the roof. I was thinking about putting in a new antenna that sticks along the window. Dont won't to put in a new radio/CD system if it means the digital display will stop working or can i wire it into the present one? DECISIONS??!
