According to Mike Yager's "Corvette Bible" 18,078 Fixed Roof Coupes were built in 1999.
That's incorrect. There were 18,078 coupes, 11,161 convertibles, and 4,031 fixed-roof coupes built in 1999.

I stand corrected. I double checked other sources and they agree with the statistics that you reported. Mike Yager’s “Corvette Bible” has the quantities switched for coupes and fixed roof coupes. It makes sense that fewer fixed roof coupes were produced. I should not have trusted only one source for information. Thank you for the correction.
Where do I go to find when my C5 was made.

Go to the National Corvette Museum website, there you can purchase a build sheet for your car. For cars built prior to 2006 the build sheet has the date the order was placed (not the date it was built). After 2005 no dates appear on the build sheets. It has been reported that it took 7-10 working days from the time the order was entered until the Corvette rolled off the production line.. They just need your car's VIN (and your money) the prices are listed on the website. $35.00 for members of the museum, $45.00 for non-members.
