worth saving? 94 camry

pulled away got up to about 40-50 km/hr and wheels locked up .car stopped just click when you turn key.opened top of timing cover and belt is on top pulley atleast still.seems to have some tension still. there was a bit of a miss a couple times in days before problem. belt slipped maybe???? any ideas?

Unfortunately it isn't worth fixing it. You could get a Jap. Salvaged motor and install it for around $1000 if you found the right shop but the car is worth less than $500. Unless you have a sentimental attachment to it, Ship it to the Junk yard.
