So recently I got my Tyres changed
not knowing that I had a bend in my
front rod and so can anyone tell me
when should I get my Tyres fixed in
able to keep my Tyres from wearing
out?? Would it be okay to drive
around in for a week or do I need to
fix it asap??

Sooner the better. Depends on how bad the bend is, how far the wheels are out from parallel. If severe, you will ruin your tires in a week, but a week does not tell me how many miles. It's also a matter of safety, drive it if it's important to get wherever. Otherwise as little as possible. I think that's a typo, getting your tires fixed? And are you British? Tyres? Just curious, nothing wrong with that spelling
Listen to "FordNut" he is spot on here.

Bent or out of line track rods is the quickest way to wear your tyre tread excessively, if you have had new tyres fitted, we would always recommend that you get your tracking checked at the same time and if necessary have the track rod replaced or adjusted, so that the wheels are running parallel to each other and in a straight line. this will give you even tread wear and longer lasting tyre life.
