94 22re with 5 speed lugs down until 3200rpms

The only way to describe it is it feels
like I'm pulling a loaded trailer with me
truck then at 3200 rpms or so it feels
like the trailer fell off and the rpms
shoot up and the truck accelerates
then all over again when i shift to next
gear. It does that on every gear. I did
check the air filter and changed the
plugs.
