34 according to gov't EPA website. I drive a semi built one, gas mileage is great. If your planning to drift it like I do mine, even with heavy acceleration or spirited driving, gas mileage is amazing. You will NOT be let down.

Hi, I made my trip of about 600 plus miles, this car made it very well, without any problems. I got about 40 mpg, driving sometimes in heavy traffic, and with the air conditioner on. An old car like this stilll works perfect, or near perfect. I do have some problems with the a/c, when these cars were built, R-12 was the gas, it had to be changed to R-34-A, it had a factory steel condenser, the evaporator, compressor, some hoses, filter and some more replaced. An electric fan was installed at front of the condenser, but it doen't cool down very well. It had a rear rt fender with body filler, I sent it for repair and it was painted.
