1966 T-bird lost it's brakes

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Put my car in winter storage with a working braking system. In the spring, the master cylinder was empty with no evidence of leaking under the car. I have refilled the cylinder and gotten pedal resistance while bleeding the system. When I start the car, the pedal goes to the floor, seeming like there is no pressure in the lines. Could the booster be bad? I was told to try bleeding the lines while the car is running?

Was it parked on a dirt floor? Have you removed the rear drums to see if the rear pistons are leaking? All that fluid went someplace. How old are your major components?

The power booster may be full of fluid leaking from a bad seal in the master

Leaking into booster with car in storage probable,but could have started last summer when in use,check brake ft & rear for wetness then look to booster & lines.
