just need to replace a door lock actuator on the drivers door, just cant find it in the door frame is all. is it actually IN the door or is it hidden in the engine compartment.

Has anyone a suggestion on how I would best cover up my electric window motors, as we have a little more rain here in the UK. I`ve had the door panels off a few times now as the motors have stopped working on a number of occassions, they are in fact off now and would like some help with the problem before refitting the door panels. I alsohave a problem with the head light going off if the brights are on, or on dim with the fog lamps on. Just on dim they stay lit. Any ideas?
