Is any smoke coming out of exhaust? (White to almost black or full blown black) also after giving it full gas for couple of mins and slowly let off will it stay running at idle then?

Id First try to determine if it's a fuel problem. There are ways of finding out for cheap or sometimes free depending on your make and model. I was having a stalling problem similar to this and determined it was a fuel problem by spraying lighter fluids out my window, into a tube, and pointed towards the throttle body intake. The lighter fluid kept the car running which ruled out any electrical or vacuum leak problems. Turns out the fuel filter that I just replaced 3 days before hand was clogged because my gas tank was full of rust sedement (not to mention full bottle of sea foam I sent through which I'm convinced helped break up the sedement and send more throu through.
I don't have a code reader no smoke is coming out same as any other car I have changed the fuel pump and fuel filter along with the mass air flow sensor n I'll find out if it's a fuel problem
Pretty smart but I don't have one I'm just starting out so I don't have alot of stuff
