When i bought my honda there wasn't a power steering column. Is it difficult, and does it cost alot to put the power steering back in the car?

so let me get this straight you bought a car that at some point had power steering, and someone took the pump out or disconnected it and you want to fix it? Assuming that your vehicle ever did you'll need to find where the pump mounts and get the pump mount it there run an accessory belt and replace the lines and rack as well. I'd say if the car isn't too hard to drive you may want to just leave it be

the column isnt different i dont believe. it is just the steering rack that is different and the lines are easy to put it but honestly im taking mine out. if you can get used parts it wont cost much at all if youre a litttle tool savy.
