It looks like the end of you shift might be worn. you should be able to use a screwdriver to move your shift fork so they all line up again and put your shift lever back in. It might help to step on the clutch. When you have them lined up, look for any gaps between the forks. Try shifting the trans with a screwdriver and see if the forks have side to side play in them allowing shift lever to slip out of place.
