F 150 lags and dies after warm

My 1995 Ford f 150 4.9 liter
manual transmission truck
after driving for 30 min truck
loses power seems to be
starving got fuel but fuel
turned out not to be the issue
its electrical it's not getting
enough power I replaced
distributor cap and am still
having same issue any
suggestions as to what is
causing this to happen??
