Repairing/Replacing Shock Tower (1994 F-150)

Can you estimate the cost of parts + labor to repair this rusted & cracked
shock tower? Thanks in advance.

Depends on how far you want to go with the repair. The tower itself should cost about 80 to 100 bucks. Since the suspension has to be removed, do you plan on replacing any parts while they are off? If you are going to replace the shock on one side, replace the one on the other side while at it. Then you will need an alignment, probably. Labor of about 500 bucks or so should do it, plus parts. Are the control arms good? Rod ends, etc.
