I have a 93 f150 5.0. Engine light on.  
Scanned it and said excessive converter
clutch slippage,  and something about the
egr valve.  How can I get the light to stay off

Fix the problems. The light is not there to annoy you.

It runs fine, starts right up no tyranny slippage. How do I erase stor3d memory
