Gauges go crazy and dash lights flicker lightly on
and off then you turn car off it won't start almost
sounds like starter or battery dead it pulls codes
P0700 and  P0562 which is power and ecm and I
have checked cables and fuses battery and
alternater  now I'm at a lose
