My alarm won't stop going off and truck won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My husband disconnected the battery and when he
reconnected the battery now our truck won't start
and the alarm keeps bepping like a siren type
sound what can we do plz help thanks

If your check engine light is on (which you may not be able to see if it will not start) it will not start. Have to use a scanner and erase the codes.

Code reader/eraser (hand held units) Autozon has them if your truck is there they will do it for fre I do not know if they rent them out or not.
