Torckconver maybe my 06 did same it has a lock out torckconver
My 02 has done this and replacing the throttle position sensor took care of it. FYI-I tried replacing with local autoparts brand and the first one lasted about 6 months so I replaced it under warranty and with the new one in the truck wouldnt start. Ended up just getting one from dealership. it's been working fine since. (3 years ago)
