having issues with my 2005 F250 Super Duty keeping a charge. I have replaced the battery and altenator and still will not keep a charge. What else could it be?

Maybe but without testing you can't know. You could charge up both batteries and test them. I think they should be closely matched to work properly. Does your truck have a battery isolater between the two or are they both for starting?
