It smells like both my rear brakes are burning on my 2006 Ford F350. Rims get really hot!

Both rear wheels? Did you check the parking brake? Does the vehicle feel like the back sinks when you brake? Maybe a bad master cylinder? Is the ABS light on? Could be the proportioning valve for the abs....
