I have a 2001 Safari passanger Van. Why is it the the heat works great while moving , but when at red light ect. Stopped the blower is blowing cold air., I start mobing again the air is hot again..

Check the actuator blend door,may be bad actuator,or could also be a vacume leak at the blower box.

Under dash ,passenger side,on the blower box,google it,there are pictures, of it there.
