how to remove wheel is there a bolt under the center cap as well as the five normal bolts

No, there are only the 5 bolts. Depending on when the last time the wheel was removed, you may need to smack, kick, punch the tire a bit to loosen up the small rust particles that have begun to form behind the wheel.
