My daughter ran over a parking curb.  Since then, the car sounds rough and is lightly vibrating, especially when she is stopped.  Could she have damaged something under the car?

..... Well...she could have damaged quite a few things. For starters did she run it over pulling into the parking spot or did she put it in drive, instead of reverse, when leaving?? and did she stop or keep driving?

She did not realize there was a curb in front of her parking spot. She ran over it with the front tires, put the car in reverse and backed up. The front tires did not go completely over the curb.

Get the car to a shop and have them put it on a lift and take a look see at what got damaged.there is a central mount that if she hit hard enough can break.I have seen the heads sheared off of the bolts from curbs.
