Having trouble getting my 1995 Eurovan into gear

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Is the clutch cable adjustable? Sometimes it will go into gear easily other times not at all
even though the clutch is fully depressed!

A 1995 VW Euro Van has a hydraulic clutch. Check the fluid

If fluid is ok the clutch master cylinder may have a internal, leak, around the plunger.seal. Nothing will leak out, just plunger is not pushing fluid in right-- and uses same fluid reservoir as brakes
