Silly question but why do you want to change your struts. The hydraulic fluid lines are all part of a self levelling system. This system is controlled by a pressure sensing valve located on the underside of the vehicle close to the rear differential. If you have levelling issues you could be suffering with a seized valve lever or broken connecting rod.
