my head lamps work but wount flip up

You may have a loose connector or you may have a bad motor. Easy swap.

Check the vacum lines that run to the head lamps, check for leaks, tears, ect. If it isn't that, its probably the vacum pump.

Give the site www.turbododge.com a shot, I bet you can find everything you need. But if I remember right, they are ran by a motor and gear setup, so that is what keeps them up and retracts them. But give the site a shot and good luck.

No vacuum actuators.... The control module is under the dash above the radio, a bit tough to get to, but a common issue. You can manually put them up, each one has a separate knob under hood right next to the head lamps. Don't have any pictures but can get them if you need them.
