Battery light

My battery loght came on and then that night my
van died. I replaced the altenator and battery. My
battery light is still on. I had them check and the
battery is fine they say the altenator is only putting
out 11.4 so its that. Is it possible it could be
something else since i just bought and replaced
the altenator and battery. its a 2007 dodge grand
caravan
