just got a 1970 bug and the engine was burnt out just wondering where i can get another engine? hopefully someone can help me out

where are you located? There are hundreds of places you can get rebuilt motors from stock to highly modified. Some are better than others, so do your research. I can name several good places, and there are several to stay far away from.

im in brisbane, logan area just looking for a cheap motor i have a few people helpen me with restoring it who are well expierenced with building drag cars from scratch so they should b able to rebuild it and modify it if needed!

I recommend rebuilding that engine instead of a used one, those engines were not good for high mileage and you really never know what your getting for a used motor. This way if you rebuild it at repitible garage you have some warranty and a fresh rebuild.
