I own a 1973 VW Beetle. One morning,I drove the car to work then to my in-laws.The car cranked and drive home. When the left wheel touched the driveway, the car died. Power, lights, radio, everything. Went to Advanced and Auto Zone to check the battery hoping that was the problem, but that wasn't. I am thinking the alternator is the source of the problem. Can anyone give me done advice.
