On my '91, it is on the firewall just above the brake master cylinder. If changing the relay does not work, you may want to determine if the fusable link on the wire harness is blown. It is located on a lead that is connected to the pos battery cable right by the battery (between battery and fan motor). If that is blown, the radiator fans will not run.

The relay is above and to the right (fender) side of the brake master cylinder. Sorry. There are 2 relays on one braacket mounted there.
