Were to start if I have no experience

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car was broken into and vandalized by
an ex boyfriend that was upset with me he
would be mad that I always know what to do
and he didn't. Well this time I found that my
car was not giving out power to the fuel
pump. Now I'm still a beginner. And  I finally
found a problem I can't fix, with the wires
and fuses in my car. My car was rewired to
were my fuel pump and and and hazard
lights wont work. I seen that there were two
relays and two fuses that were hanging and
away from other fuses. I opened the fuse
box under the hood and I thought I seen that
it was rewired I tried to rewire and now I'm
not getting any voltage in most of my wires.
I also see that it's missing a relay for fuel
pump. I think what happens was he took a
relay and rewired it to make it seem like it's
broken and seeing as I  woman I'd walk
away. I am not a quitter  and I'm not leaving
till I fix this thing. I have been here for 10
days and I still not planning on leaving.
Please help me.
