Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I had a freon leak on 2007 Hummer h3 had to
replace the o rings on compressor. Put in new
freon. Now when it's hot out it doesn't blow very
cold air. Anyone know what's wrong. When it's
dark I have no problem. Just during the day

Did you fix it yourself or have a professional do it? Air conditioning requires experienced professional repair.

Did it myself. I've worked on my other cars and had no problem. Never worked on one on a Hummer. It blows cold but not really cold
Pulling a vacuum at the required quality and adding a measured amount of the correct refrigerant usually gets good results. Anytime you open the system to the atmosphere the receiver dryer should be replaced along with the orfice tube (if so equipped). You may have it slightly under or over charged.

I agree with Bob need to replace orfice tube filter or expansion valve do not know exactly which one your vehicle has but it needs to be replaced.
Your short on refrigerant, get a set of gauges your pressure should be about 45 PSI at start up and should drop to about 18 to 20 PSI and the air coing out of the duct should bev25 degrees cokder then the outside temperature.....
