what the possible issues? if my subaru forester 98 the radiator fans not working even if i disconnect the cooling temp sensor

yes,on the gauge; so the relay and fuses are ok ,no lose contact betwen ecm and relay wire, i want to know why the radiator fans not working?

Hard to tell what's up here, but I fear that your head gasket is blown, allowing percolated exhaust gases to raise temps at the gauge sender, but not sufficient heat transfer to the fan switch. Can't remember if these old ones had TWO ac/fan relays...check that too.
