where is fuel fuse located on 2001 blazer

Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. See the fuse in the diagram, that fuse supplies voltage to fuel pump when relay is energized. At the fuel pump connector, gray wire is voltage, black wire is ground. I need to ask, engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs and fuel injector pulse? How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? I don't know what testing you have done? If you have the spider fuel system, that system is noted for problems.
