I have a 99 cavalier the Hester stopped working it
came back on and off for a little then completely
stopped I checked the fuses replaced the relay the
resistor and the blower itself but still nothing pls
help its cold

Then the brush's on the motor may be worn to the point that they no longer are making contact with the motor... since they are not usually replaceable ,, you need a new motor
