There are just so many possible reasons for a wobble like this, HMillican. You did a good job eliminating the usual suspects including wheel balance and I'm assuming alignment.
If that didn't solve the problem, and if a quick inspection of the front end didn't show up any obvious failures you need to have a professional take a look at your Suburban.
One problem that's typical in this blood line is a dry intermediate steering shaft. If you want to lube it yourself (a job that might be just hair beyond the typical weekend warrior mechanic) and see if it alleviates the problem here's a guide that should help ...

Otherwise makes sure the mechanic at your local Chevy dealers looks into this as one possible cause for your wobble.
