I put in a new alternator pulley and belt also new battery an my truck still won't starting I have no power do I need to buy a starter next?

There is no way of knowing just which part is faulty without troubleshooting. What exactly does it do when you try to start it?

You would have to be at the starter with a meter and test to see if there is 12vdc at the starter when the ignition is turned. Another possibility is you may have a faulty starter relay.
