When there is no info on the lid or hard to understand Just pull each and every fuse out to check if its blown or not, I can not tell you how many times I have done so, If you own a car learn to do so too. This need to be done just like changing oil & filters. If you have a fuse puller great if not get some needle nose pliers. May take a while but its not rocket science.

Pull them out one at a time and put that back in before pulling others out, keep track where it went.
