Camaro. It hasn't been drove in about a year. If plugs were changed would it be worth buying?

Maybe but does it run? Will it pass smog? A car that has sat for a long time can have the fuel system all gummed up.

Forget about spark plugs. That is the least of concern. Like those guys say, tires, especially if it was sitting in sunlight, water in gas tank, and Jim mentions something most people don't think about. I once had a 1990 Lincoln that sat for 6 months and the air filter compartment was FILLED with dog food, mice or rats squirrels (there is an infestation of squirrels where I live) carrying it in there from dog dish and 'storing' it .. (for winter?) The battery may well be good, just put a charger on it overnight before attempting to start. Check oil of course.
